FRA-ZRH

My goal is to find time to sleep! When I don't get enough sleep, my skin becomes shadowy and dry, my body on the verge of illness, my eyes red. I knock about quite a bit and there are many bruises on my legs that refuse to heal. I am feeling a bit battered from tennis and biking, activities which don't usually make me as sore as I feel today. I remember the last time I had a real sleep-filled break, in New York. It was as though my body were transformed; my bruises faded, my dark undereye circles lightened, and my cheeks coloured.
